The Walk for Independence isn’t just a walk—it’s a celebration of community, empowerment, and fun! Together with over 750 alumni, families, friends, sponsors, and supporters, we’ll walk to raise $300,000 to support the Carroll Center for the Blind’s mission to help individuals who are blind or visually impaired live independent, fulfilling lives.

The Walk for Independence is not only a fundraising event, but also a celebration of the entire community coming together to improve the lives of people with vision loss.

Every step we take, every dollar we raise, puts people with vision loss further on the path to independence.

• Walk kick-off: 10:00 a.m.
• Post-walk BBQ and activities: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
