8th Annual Walk for INDEPENDENCE (Virtual)
The Walk for INDEPENDENCE is going virtual this year! With a virtual walk, you’ll be able to pick your own route, who you do it with, and what time you start; all in support of the Carroll Center for the Blind’s mission to empower individuals who are blind and visually impaired. Then, on Sunday, June 28th, join us for a live virtual Walk for INDEPENDENCE celebration featuring some very special guests! Now more than ever, we need your support and together we can make a difference.
Register today as a virtual walker, create a team with your family, motivate your friends to get active, or join a team with colleagues or staff. Plan to walk, run or ride outside and do the 1 or 3 miles you had planned on doing in support of the Carroll Center. Take lots of photos and share while making sure to tag the Carroll Center!
Let’s all #WalkTogether so we can continue to help individuals of ALL ages and at ALL stages of vision loss achieve their own independence and learn the skills they need to succeed.
