Koolulam at The Carroll Center for the Blind

Close your eyes. Feel the beat.

Let the rhythm take over your soul.

The international sensation Koolulam – an amazing Israeli-based social-musical initiative aimed at strengthening the fabric of society – is coming to the Carroll Center for the Blind ahead of their planned visit to Boston in June. Koolulam is giving our local community just a small taste of the dynamic musical experience for which they’re renowned in Israel.

The Koolulam project centers around mass singing events at which groups of non-professionals come together to form a collaborative musical creation.

The goal? To bring together people from all walks of life to do one thing: stop everything for an hour and just sing – together.

On Saturday, March 30, 2019 from 10:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M., bring your voice and join together in song. Through interactive singing, we may arrive strangers but leave as friends. Accessible materials and braille lyrics will be provided. All are welcome to join. Family, friends and neighbors alike.
