How to Better Use Your Vision
Are you impacted by low vision? Low vision affects millions of people nationwide, yet many don’t know what can be done to improve their quality of life.
If you have low vision and are struggling with daily living tasks – cooking, grocery shopping, keeping track of mail and bills, finding dropped objects, or having medications accessible and organized – we invite you to participate in an upcoming free public presentation at The Residence at Watertown Square on January 15th, 2020.
From 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M., join Bob McGillivray, Certified Low Vision Therapist and Director of Low Vision Services at The Carroll Center for the Blind, for “How to Better Use Your Vision.” During this one-hour presentation, you’ll learn about the common causes of vision loss, latest magnification devices and different techniques for improved use of your remaining vision.
