Easy, Healthy Cooking – Virtual
Program Dates: July 13 to July 23, 2020
Time: 10:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. (Eastern Time); Monday to Thursday
Who: Ages 12 to 15
This course will cover the ins and outs of home cooking including following recipes, independent cooking skills, and maintaining a clean kitchen. Easy Healthy Cooking will provide students with the foundation they need to create nutritious and balanced meals using simple ingredients. Students will explore their daily nutritional needs and develop healthy eating habits while making delicious meals and snacks.

- No-bake Granola Bars
- Ice Cream in a Bag
Each student will receive a box of materials to supplement the sessions.
