SUMMER CAMP COUNSELOR

Weekday & Weekend Positions Available

Come join our team for a fun-filled summer camp experience with blind and visually-impaired youth who come from all over the country to enjoy seven weeks of learning, enrichment, and especially fun!

The Camp Counselor’s role is to assist with daily activities, weekly field trips coaching youth, and then guiding them during summer internship experiences.

Additional hours to work as Dormitory Supervisor are available too.

Positions run from June through mid-August, training begins prior to start of camp. Even if you can’t work the entire program duration, you are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Prospective applicants must be 18 or older.
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
  • Experience working with teens a plus.
  • Experience with individuals with disabilities a plus.
